  • Condition: Posted Saint Anthony Idaho, July 18, 1949. Has 12 line message on the verso. Although it was mailed with a postmark, the original stamp has been removed or lost. Moderate triangular crease in upper right hand corner of the recto side, else VG. Probably sent from the same travelers as were the 3 RPPCs from Soda Springs Idaho which I also listed this evening. . . . . . . . . . . Remember that my tiny slip of VIOLET PAPER is not attached to the item. It is put on the scanner bed merely to protect the uniqueness or near uniqueness of an image so that the high bidder gets an item that has not been copied via someone's computer. These "ebay" slips DO NOT hide any faults or any damage!

WE REGRET WE DON'T SHIP OUT OF USA; SORRY, BUT
    NO EXCEPTIONS.
FREE SHIPPING via stiff plastic postcard holder and/or cardboard + mylar sleeve protected 1st class mail, STANDARD RATE.
Regardless of what ebay may say on their "Shipping Page" - while STANDARD MAIL is perfectly safe for smaller & less expensive items - it is NOT the same grade of service as a "First Class Mail Package."
I ship AT LEAST twice a week (and OCCASIONALLY 3 times per week) so turnover time or handling time is 3
    business
    days (Mon-Fri)
    max
    - often less than that.
PAYPAL IS THE MUCH PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT.
    Thanks!
Please pay within 4 days. Delayed? Then email me - I'll try to work with you when necessary but it helps a lot when I have contact with you. If your payment is delayed, ebay is liable to send a dun or two. PLEASE NOTE THAT THOSE ARE COMING AUTOMATICALLY FROM EBAY AND
    NOT
FROM ME. I typically send out just one reminder.
PLACING A BID IS THE ETHICAL EQUIVALENT OF ACCEPTING THESE TERMS. PLEASE DON'T ASK TO ALTER THEM AFTERWARDS.
In return, as our feedback clearly shows, we'll get your item(s) to you, as described, in a safe, timely manner. Thanks!
