This is a stunning hand Painted, Quatrefoil tea cup by F. Howard.  It dates from 1939 to 1950.  The set is trimmed in 18 kt gold with no sign of loss or rubbing. This is a used set by I can find no, scratches, chips, stains or crazing.  On the saucer, hidden in the detailed flowers are 2 pin head flaws in glaze, sorry they do not show only find with finger if you are searching.
