Condition:
Pre-Owned/Used.  The overall condition is "Good."  It was "used," so it does show a certain degree of "wear."  There are areas of surface scratches and a few very minor stains.  From a few feet away (and under the right lighting), it looks almost brand new.  As mentioned, it is missing an ear piece.  The inside does show some "wear" too.  There is some minor cracking in the protective foam/padding.
