    Description

    1939 posted white border postcard entitled "Town Hall And Court House, Showing Industrial School, On Right, Westerly, R. I.".  Nice view looking from Wilcox Park across Broad St. at the Town Hall. in the far right can be seen the old town hall. The building next to the old town hall must have been the Industrial School. Or the old town hall housed the school. I don't know which is right.
    The condition of the postcard is described above.
